John founded Daisy Disc Corporation in 1981. Prior to that he was corporate regional manager at Xerox (Diablo Systems) for 8 years, He was also involved in national technical support, test engineering, S/R and various other functions at Entrex (now Nixdorf) Computer.

Bill Jackman, CTO

Bill holds a BSEE from Northeastern University and has over 25 years experience in the computer industry. Bill has held engineering positions in Quality Assurance, Product Development, and Reliability/Maintainability, and was also National Systems Support Manager where he was responsible for over 400 field technicians. He joined Daisy Disc in 1992 and now develops our support and quality assurance plans for the products we service.

Phil Hamel, New Business Development

Phil has over 22 years experience in the electronics industry, 20 of them in the storage products industry. He joined Daisy Disc Corporation in 1988 as a technician while attending Boston University. He held the position of Production Supervisor prior to assuming his current responsibilities as Production Director. Phil Manages our entire service delivery process and acts as our major accounts manager.

Ray Notargiacomo, Director of Sales and Procurement

Ray is a US Marine Corp. veteran and former MP and Drill Instructor. He learned management and electronics skills in the military and later graduated from CDI where he studied computer technology. Ray joined Daisy Disc in 1988 as a technician, advanced into sales and now manages our purchasing and our international sales departments.

Darrall Pride, Director of Operations

Darrall develops and implements the tools and processes needed to allow us to meet our customers quality requirements. He received his electronics and management skills training in the US Military and joined Daisy Disc in 1991. Darrall has been instrumental in implementing our clean rooms and setting up and maintaining our test equipment and work areas. He is actively involved in developing tools and processes for all Daisy Disc Departments.

Steve Keith, Director of IT, ISO Program Manager

Steve joined Daisy Disc in 1997 and is responsible for planning and deploying all company IT solutions and for bringing ISO9000 compliance to the company. He oversees re-certification to that standard each year. Prior to this, he served as VP of Operations and Finance for Software Creations and as Quality Manager for Prime/Computervision. Mr. Keith has over 30 years experience in the computer industry, and received his BSEE from Lowell Technological Institute.

Sanford Delano, Director of Sales and Marketing

Sandy joined Daisy Disc in 2004 and is responsible for developing and supporting new and existing sales channels and meeting the corporate revenue objectives. He is a U.S. Navy veteran and has over 35 years of computer industry experience starting at IBM as a field engineer and marketing representative and later as a services marketing manager with Digital Equipment Corp. He has been in the asset recovery and equipment brokerage businesses for over 15 years.
